Over her 13 years in the industry, Hannah has built meaningful relationships with her clients and team; constantly seeking to innovate and affect purposeful change within the industry and community.
In December 2020, Hannah launched a new real estate brand; The Property Collective. Underpinned by the ethos of Go Far, Together, Hannah’s mission at The Property Collective is simple: to help people thrive through property.
Hannah is passionate about leadership, culture and professional growth. One to practice what she preaches, she’s completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Hannah is an accomplished industry professional and speaker with accolades including REIA Property Manager of the Year (2014), LPMA Excellence in Business Development (2014, 2015), LPMA Excellence in Leadership (2018), REIA Operational Leadership (2020) and ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year, Medium & Large Business (2020).
Hannah is proud to call Canberra home with her family, friends and fur-babies. In her spare time, you’ll find her checking out cafes and restaurants, travelling and taking photos.

Grace hooper
Grace has worked in the property management industry in Canberra for over a decade. Beginning when she was still at university, her hard work and natural leadership skills saw her rapidly rise through the ranks. Having worked in new business, property management, general management and leadership roles, Grace is renowned for her warm and personable approach, and it’s her drive to do things to the highest standard that really sets her apart. In October 2021 Grace established a boutique agency in Canberra, Someday Property.
Grace loves to talk about all things people, mindset and rent roll growth. Having grown businesses from the ground up, Grace is passionate about best practice and efficient, profitable business models.
Originally from New Zealand, Grace is now deeply embedded in Canberra life and participates in various initiatives to give back to the community.Grace is a 2x McGrath Property Manager of the year (2016, 2017), Allhomes Property Manager of the Year finalist (2014) and recipient of Dexar’s Team Member of the Year (2018) and Independent Property Groups Role Model of the Year and (2020).
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, getting out to the central coast to soak up the salt and sand and flying home to visit friends and family in New Zealand.
